Each day I finish drinking one gallon or more of water prior to dinner time! So important, never use hot water, luke warm only!

I wash off the cleanser with a soft washcloth, never pull on your skin. Never use hot water! Lukewarm only.
I remove eye makeup gently, without pressure, using organic cotton tips with "Cetaphil Gentle Makeup Remover".
Lancome' "Tonique Douceur"; a softening, hydrating toner with rose water, using a organic cotton pad.
After my face is clean and dry, I have a three step process; from each container, one pump from each of these products:
PCA Skin Vitamin B3 Brightening Serum, PCA Skin Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum & PCA Skin C&E Advanced Antioxidant Treatment.
One a week I have a deeper cleaning to unclog pores, with Eminence Organic Skin Care's "Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant with Lactic Acid"
Leave your cellphone outside the room.
If you have to stay awake at night then try to have a red light on. No blue lights like TVs!
Try to keep natural lights only on like a candle.
We love a good diffuser to release aromatherapy scents within your room.
Be sure you room is not extremely warm!
We love taking magnesium to help relax us and sleep better.
