Surgical Glove Couture

Gloves. We have seen them EVERYWHERE. Not wool gloves that keep you warm, or even useful plastic ones that will protect you from bacteria. We’re talking chic leather gloves, in bright colors, or even sheer.

The gloves made there first appearance at the spring 2022 ready-to-wear Saint Laurent show last September. Prada Menswear then showed gloves in a lot of colors. We have seen it as a great way to add a pop of color.

It wasn’t too long after that celebrities started adopting the trend, like Kim Kardashian. Here are some gloves that you can buy and add to your wardrobe!

HEALTHY 4TH OF JULY RECIPES!

We are so ready for the long weekend!!! We found searched the web for healthy 4th of July recipes. Here are some of great ideas for indulging in summertime treats that keep it light and fresh.

It’s not the 4th without some grilling action and this is the so easy, tastiest grilled chicken you will ever make. 3 Ingredient Grilled Chicken (Pinch of Yum)

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce

  • 3/4 cup honey

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed

  • cilantro and lime for serving

  • 5 Minute Magic Green Sauce for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the chicken into chunks. Place in a large ziplock plastic bag or bowl.

  2. Pour the soy sauce, honey, water, and garlic into a bowl. Whisk until incorporated. Set aside about 3/4 cup of the sauce for brushing the chicken later.

  3. Pour the remaining sauce into the bag or bowl with the chicken. Seal or cover the mixture and refrigerate as long as you can – 4 hours is a good minimum but you can go as long as overnight.

  4. When you’re ready to grill, preheat the grill on medium high for 5-10 minutes and oil the grates. Meanwhile, drain off the marinade and place the chicken pieces on skewers. Place the chicken on the hot grill, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Brush with reserved sauce and flip. Repeat this process until you see that the chicken is browned to your liking and fully cooked.

  5. Serve with cilantro, lime, Magic Green Sauce, or any other dipping sauces you like. We also like this with a salad and some naan or rice.
